Boot Camp – Calisthenics and body weight exercises mixed with cardio and strength training. Boot camp is designed in a way to be different all the time, and push you harder than you would push yourself.

Zumba – We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check! 

Barre – Barre Incorporates the fluidity of  ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates. 

Pilates – Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.

Slow Flow / Vinyasa Flow Yoga – A faster-paced, invigorating and upbeat practice focused on building strength and stability. Conscious breath with a dynamic and  mindful Vinyasa flow. You will find increased stamina as well as mental clarity. Basic understanding of yoga is preferred for this class. 

All Level Yoga – Emphasis will be on moving with the breath and cultivating mindfulness. Clear instruction and alignment cues with modifications will be offered. You will leave feeling invigorated, calm, and focused. Class is suitable for all levels. 

Strong by Zumba – Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synched to music.
